A shirt made like a piece of art.

Each ERISED Hand-Marbled Artist Shirt is individually created using the traditional process of hand marbling, where pigments are manipulated into fluid compositions before being transferred onto fabric. The result is impossible to reproduce exactly — every swirl, interruption and movement of colour exists only once.

Rather than covering the garment with a conventional repeat print, the marbled fabric is used compositionally across the shirt. Panels, sleeves and pockets are deliberately placed to allow the artwork to move across the silhouette, making the garment feel considered from every angle.

The shirt is finished with a relaxed silhouette, structured collar, short sleeves and metal quarter-zip opening, giving the expressive surface treatment a clean contemporary shape. Selected variations feature contrasting marbled panels, appliqué detailing and exposed textile interventions.

The Art of Hand Marbling

Marbling is created by allowing colour to move freely across a prepared surface before transferring the composition onto fabric.

Unlike digital or screen printing, the process cannot be perfectly repeated. Small changes in movement, pigment and placement create a new artwork every time.

For this collection, ERISED uses the marbled textile almost like a painter uses a canvas — cutting and positioning individual sections of the artwork across the garment so that every shirt develops its own composition.

What may appear spontaneous is deliberately placed.
