Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our hand-marbled items, we do not accept returns. Each piece is crafted with care, and variations in color or pattern are natural and part of the unique charm of hand-marbled artistry.
However, if there is a genuine issue with the product, such as damage during shipping or a defect, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit after evaluating the concern. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive a coupon for the amount of the purchase made, that can be redeemed in any other purchase with us.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.
Refunds
We at ERISED commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that ERISED is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

We accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
Refunds are given for any purchases made - be they online or in retail store, In terms of Store credit via A redeemable coupon sent on the respective mail Id.

We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
Please understand that colour pattern might be drippy or be indifferent a little here and there and we can not control it as it is hand done.
For International Orders:
We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.

Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, ERISED may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. ERISED reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when ERISED confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, ERISED will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
